Thank you /u/FirstGoblin for signing up with GwaRL :)

FirstGoblin writes,
GwaRL is designed to be played on a remote machine via browser, inspired by the perceived inferiority of stone soup's browser port against offline tiles. A new project, it doesn't hope to have the depth of bigger roguelikes, only to look nice in a browser and eventually record highscores. Despite a questionable approach, the engine is nearly complete and working reasonably well. Most of the planned content is in place and there's plenty to see. Some things already on the list for the near future are character creation/class selection more spells (besides simply damage), a comprehensive system for learning and improving magic, skills for warriors, status effects such as poison, elemental damage with vulnerabilities and resistances, and elemental brands for weapons. There is not much in the way of a website yet but you can follow @projectgwarl on twitter
