Is there a “universal” Roguelike tutorial?
Post Body

I’d like to make a roguelike, and ideally use my software of choice, GMS2. I’m well-versed in it and I think it could be a lot of fun. What I hope I could find is a project outline or “checklist” for things I’d need to do in order to make a fleshed out game. I see so many Make a roguelike from scratch tutorials, but I’m hard pressed to find any for GMS. Not to mention I’m getting a bit tired of just copying tutorials and wanna try figuring stuff out on my own. Maybe this is a hyper-specific thing to ask for but it’s worth a shot in my eyes.
