Hi there, we're running our rode caster 2 for live audio, We have a share mx418D gooseneck mic we use in our control room for talkback into the studio, attempting to use the same mic for talkback to our virtual guests. We're trying that analog mic into a usb c adapter and are just not getting signal into it, We've tried a Motu as an interface as well, which confirmed it will work into an iPhone, but not into rodecaster.
Anybody have a workaround to using an analog mic and to get signal into the rodecaster 2?
Our previous setup used the original rode caster, and we used the phone input to get talkback with our virtual guests, but this new iteration lacks that input. Any help would be appreciated.
Note: we did try out one of the rode USB mics, and it did work but it was super noisy. The Shure mic is the easiest for studio/virtual talkback because its set to Push to Talk.
