Is the game playable with one hand?

I've considered picking up the game for a long time, but there are two things in my way: the easy part, which is acquiring a bass guitar, and the hard part. I have mild spastic right hemiplagia, a form of cerebral palsy. It limits my fine motor skills in my right hand to the point that I would have to play bass with one hand.
Would the game register my plucking the strings if I played with one hand or am I SOL?
