Faust Landmark the good, the bad, and the ugly

So I saw the Faust for super cheap rent which is affordable to me at the moment and will help me save money.
I did hear things such as bed bugs
Also the reviews on Google some good some bad.
I just would like to know how bad is it? Like getting beat and robbed while coming home or just your average junkies and drug dealers...
If it's not too bad then I think I can survive.
Any other places thar are cheap? The cheapest one I found was $750.
