Any electrical engineers able to build?

I’m looking to build a magnetizer capable of a few hundred volts probably up to 400v and 1 or 2 thousand amps. I just don’t have the experience or know how to build it myself. Is anyone capable of building this or know someone who would be interested? I would need it to charge the system of off household 110v. Obviously I would pay for all the parts and we could work out a payment that works for us both. If you have the skill and know how please shoot me a message or comment! Thank you!
