Hey everyone, I have a Loc Precision IS 51 Fantom EXL rocket that I got level 1 certification for. This was awhile ago and I no longer have my NAR license/cert nor do I really want to get one at this time. I just want to use the rocket like my little Estes ones and launch it in a nearby field. Would it be possible to buy the largest Estes engine in a store near me such as an E or F engine and use it in this rocket? I would of course have to modify the size of the area that accepts the engine and probably create a launchpad for it since I only have launch pads for small Estes rockets that I use. I’d probably have to do something about the parachute as well.

Has anyone done this in a similar way?

TLDR I basically want to turn a level 1 cert rocket into a big Estes rocket due to space and money constraints. I assume it won’t go very high but I thought it would be fun to see it fly again.
