need some help with this script and i cant find anything anywhere about this specific function, any way to cancel it after doing it once? (for context, im making a weapon and i want to it to only damage when you swing and after swinging once you can just touch people with it)

Set a local variable equal to false and use an if statement to check if it is false, if so set the statement to true and put all the damage dealing code in the if statement above the “debounce” or the Boolean value
