I keep losing connection?

Hello! I'm struggling with playing ROBLOX because most of the time it won't let me into games anymore. I have tried this with several games and none of them will go past the loading screen. If I get lucky, it will show me an ID=17 error, but that's it. I can't join anything at all, not even a blank baseplate. Does anyone know why this is happening to me?
