Having a problen on the xbox version

Theres certains games only for me that wont load for me and I tried it out with a friends account on the same xbox and they loaded up anyone got any clues?
The only 2 I cant join is heroes and retail tycoon
Only thing different between me and my friends account is mine is my old pc account and his was signed up on the xbox... which I hope I dont have to make a new account to play these
