Am I crazy or is the air especially bad today?

Just doing my rounds all around town, from Botetourt to Hollins and Cave Spring, and really no matter where I go the air just has this nasty smell to it, and it’s just super dry. The mountains also are especially hazy to me. Is it just super dry today or is there another reason like wildfires? Or am I just utterly insane?
