So I am planning a road trip to do with friends once the COVID-19 situation is all over. We plan on camping besides in Denver and Chicago. We don't mind driving long distances if it means we will be somewhere we will be somewhere cool the next day (besides days 1 and 2 we want to power through to Badlands NP). We will be leaving from the Allentown area in PA, and my rough itinerary is as follows. I wanted to know if you guys think this is doable.
Day 1: Allentown, PA to Indiana Sand Dunes State Park IN.
Day 2: Indiana Sand Dunes SP to Badlands National Park.
Day 3: Explore Badlands and go to Mt. Rushmore for sunset.
Day 4: Badlands NP to Yellowstone NP
Day 5-8: Explore Yellowstone
Day 9: Yellowstone to Grand Teton NP
Day 10: Grand Teton NP to Denver CO
Day 11: Explore Rocky Mountain NP
Day 12: Denver CO to ???? somewhere in the Midwest
Day 13: ???? to Chicago
Day 14: Chicago to Allentown
