Hi fellow road trip enthusiasts. I am thinking about doing a road trip starting and finishing in Vegas. Planning on visiting Grand Canyon, Phoenix, Bryce Canyon, Zion, Monument Valley, Capital Reef, Canyonland, Arches and maybe Death Valley.
I am into photography and want to take as many sunset and sunrise pics from the best spots possible. Also want to capture the night sky from some of these spots. I am adventurous but prefer not to go on long hikes as time is limited. I want the trip to focus on the unique aspects of these places and the best bang for the limited time I have.
Is it easy to find lodging inside the parks? Is winter a good time to visit these parks? Any other spot I should add or remove?
Thanks in advance for everyone’s feedback.
