I get why he can't from a lore perspective and the fact he's calling in a barrage from the ship and all...I get it. I respect it.

But he's the only character who gets a nerf based on what zone he's in. And it's not an insubstantial one either. That's by far and away his best innate band trigger and he's innate way to have AOE clear.

Trying to do void fields is just a nightmare and not having the orbital strike for the alternate ending boss in the planetarium is a pain as well.

Please, PLEASE, I beg you hoppo, let him use his orbital strike in the void zones. Lore be damned. It is painful to see a purple portal while playing captain and go 'nah, I'm probably going to die because I'm missing a huge chunk of my damage.'
