My friend has infinite use of his utility skill?

It sounds ridiculous, but my friend bought the game yesterday and he can infinitely use his utility skill on all characters so far, that being the loader, huntress, commando, and mercenary.
Now, as it is hilarious to see him roll across the map at mach speeds, is there a fix for this? He isnt the most touchsmart person I know, so I highly doubt he's cheating. Especially since he got the game less than 24 hours ago.
