Hey -

I am a contributor for a Blazers-related website.

A while ago, before I submitted anything to the subreddit, I told the mods who I was and asked if it was OK to submit stuff from the site to here.

I try to upvote original Blazers content.

I notice that sometimes one site, such as the one I contribute to, or another site will dominate the subreddit from time to time. Sometimes it's tough, for example, to post an original recap if one's already been posted.

I'm just wondering if that's how the subreddit should function. It seems that, unless the writing is bad, original Blazers-related content should be voted up. Should that be a general (probably unenforceable) rule for the subreddit?

I admit I ask because my recap wad was downvoted, not for being necessarily bad (I don't think), but because it was up later than another recap. But my posts have done the same to others, too. I don't think it should happen at all. I guess that's it.
