False Permanent Ban for using 3rd Party Software

I got falsely perma-banned for using third party software (I don't use such software and I swear this to God), as the title says. I submitted a ticket to riot and included three screenshots of my desktop app activities, and my task manager background apps. They gave me this reply (see image).
What does this reply mean? Do I have to live with the ban?
