As the title says. My account got "temporarily locked" about 2 months ago and the client says to contact riot support.

I recently moved from the UK to Australia for a university exchange trip and when I go to log into Valorant on my PC in Australia my account gets locked. I understand this because Riot probably believes I'm a hacker. I sent in a ticket and riot wanted me to provide information to confirm im the account creator. I sent in everything they asked for but then got the reply that they couldn't verify me and cannot do anything else about the situation and that nothing can be changed in subsequent tickets. From then on no matter how many tickets I sent in I got the same exact copy paste reply.

Then a couple of days ago I finally got a human to answer my ticket and he asked me for even more information to confirm im the owner. I provided all the info Riot wanted including the following which I know are correct also including screenshots as well:

Riot Id All games played on the acc Credit card info PayPal info Date of creation Date of birth Name All emails used on the account Transaction ID First skin bought First battle pass Etc...

And even after sending in all this info a day later I still received the "we can't do anything about it and this winter be changed in subsequent tickets". I don't understand what needs to be done in order to prove im the owner and unlock my account. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME or is there a real support member who can answer me 🙏.
