I had an account banned awhile ago, tag is Mem#hers, which had been banned once due to compromised and cheating, which I was successful in getting recovered, but ended up being banned again not long after. I had comp games played on it that were not my doing, and I even suspect ip logs would show a different location as well. I still play league fine on this account to this day. I've somehow had a history of getting this account hacked, even to the point where in another ticket, a rioter assisted me with changing my login username.

I've also acquired another hwid ban recently (which didn't happen when I was banned on the other account only). My current account, Memxo#hers, also remains unaffected but I keep getting van 152 whenever I launch the game.
