I've been playing VALORANT since 2020, since the Beta, and I've only had ONE account I truly played on. This account means so much yo me, but due to life I stopped playing indefinitely. Bue one day, I decided to play again, and. found out I got permanently banned for using "third-party software". This makes absolutely no sense, as the only things I have ever used in tandem with VALORANT is Valorant Tracker. I have already sent in two tickets, and have been told that there was proof of a third party program on my device (which is completely untrue) and that there was zero proof of unauthorized access. I don't know what to do, I have spent over $600 on this account and it means so so much to me. I know it wasn't me, and I know I didn't do anything wrong. I was only a Gold-Plat player, I have 0 previous offenses relating to cheating or exploitation. I also was never hardware ID banned, so I believe that proves the fact that the cheat was NOT used on my computer. Someone please help me figure out what to do, all I want is my account back, I will do anything.
