Banned for no reason?

Hey guys. I don’t really know what to do. I’m frustrated.

Guys, I am not a good valorant player by any means look me up.. DaddySpark#NA1. I’ve played 20 hours and I’ve only won ONE game according to valorant tracker.

I play with my fiancé. That’s it. Haven’t touched the game in months and today I was permanently banned. No idea why

I contacted support so hopefully they’ll help me but I’m frustrated. Is this normal? I’ve never been banned from a game in my life lol.. someone help explain it?
