Obviously everyone has their own valid opinion! I like plenty of things that plenty of people don’t like and so it goes. Although I just wanted to say, I watched this show when it first came out and then didn’t pick it back up after the second season. I ran out of things to watch and felt like this is a pretty easy show to put on. I really liked in the first two seasons, all of the character building and to be honest how sad it was. Maybe I’m just a sucker for sad adult cartoons like Futurama, and don’t get me wrong. Obviously Rick and Morty is sad. In its own way all throughout the show and mind you, I’m only on season six. but it’s not all that I expected and I kind of miss how easily depressing it was in the beginning. Does anyone share this opinion? Does it get any sadder or any better? I don’t know, I feel like there is a lot of character building and a lot of character growth but it’s also a bit all over the place at times. Again, it makes sense for what the show is but still does it get better? Am I missing something?
