iPad or Android Tablet?

I've been playing rhythm games on my android phone for more than 3 months already, and my hands and fingers are quite big which is really annoying to tap the notes because it would cover half the screen.
I'm torn between iPad 8th Gen or Mi Pad 5. I know that most are preferable on iPad when playing rhythm games because of touch latency but considering that Mi Pad 5 has flagship processor (Snapdragon 860) I'm really confused which to choose 🤔
