I understand and agree that they’ve had a dysfunctional relationship and shouldn’t be close. That said, I agree with Fessler when she said ppl don’t but housewarming gifts to hurt someone. It was a kind gesture and I wish he had just taken it with a smidgeon of grace. The Gorgas looked like entitled brats. And burning the card! It’s just so pathetic. Say what you want but it’s clear that the reason the two couples can’t be civil is because of Melissa and Joe. Really unfortunate because it was a nice gesture.
