Helped my boyfriend with a bed frame today, funny enough I had a RA appointment but canceled it due to not having any child care.. it feels like my back is on fire and I'm having a hard time doing much.
Sure for most that's not a lot, but carrying something that heavy down 80 something steps a day after we helped some of our friends move. Ensure I may have had arthritis since I was two, but still. And I hate being looked at or insulted or criticized for being in pain when it's legit. Especially when it's legit.
Not sure what to do, I'm excited about the bed frame being set up soon but I feel like I at least could have seen my doctor and got some answers..
