Hey everyone! It's been almost two years since I was diagnosed. I was also sero negative so that's been fun. All my joints are pretty bad but my hands are where it's hit the most. Swollen and painful. No pain meds except Tylenol. My RA doc really hasn't helped much. Just put me on Methotrexate and Folic Acid....hasn't told me ANYTHING else on what I can do to improve my life. This has caused me to be out of work for the last 2 years because of my hands. The only time I find out what I can and can't take is when my pharmacy catches it. I've done research but not a lot helps. All my RA has told me is to just keep taking my meds and eventually it'll go into remission...didn't know that was a thing either. I do notice that the heat and cold is so much worse on my body than it was before. So if anyone is on or was on Methotrexate can you give me some tips? Like food wise, supplements...basically like a what to do or not do. I'll take all the help I can get since we all live with this. Thank you all and sorry this is so long. I hope everyone is well! ✌️✌️
