Looks like I may be in the very early stages of RA. Can't get an appointment with a rheumatologist until mid October. Starting to have mild joint pain. Anything I can do while I'm waiting?
Post Body

Pretty much the title. My GP ordered a CCP test as part of a slew of other tests and it came back slightly elevated (25). She reordered it a few weeks later and it went up a little (27). I had a shit ton going on in my life and didn't get around to making the appointment with the specialist for two weeks and was not expecting no open appointments for months.

I have noticed mild pain in my hands, and it's hard not to freak out about other little twinges here and there. Is there anything I can do in the next few months to keep it from getting bad? About to start an intense semester at grad school and I really do not want to get to the place where I am too tired or sick to work.

I am still hoping I just have extra inflammation from Covid about 6 weeks ago, although I have many risk factors for RA, unfortunately.
