Hey friends! I'm 27 years old, diagnosed at 25.

As far as I know now, I only have RA in my hands as far as my wrists. I take 20 MG of Leflumonide.However, I've noticed reoccurring stiffness and pain in my knees -- particularly while standing in place for a long time. My partner and I go to a lot of concerts and by the end of the night, I'm in a lot of pain and my knees are so stiff and locked up.

I mentioned it to my rheumatologist during my last appointment but she sort of waved it off and told me not to worry about it. I can't speak for other people's experience, but I've had a lot of rheumatologists gaslight me, overlook and brush off concerns because I'm young and because I'm in the early stages.
I guess my question is does anyone experience these feelings in joints that are not affected by their RA? Should I ask for like an ultrasound? Is this a sign its spreading to my knees?

I know we're not doctors on here, but just want some advice from other people who've maybe had this disease longer than me and I'm quite anxious about this lol. Thank you <3
