Losing insurance

As the title says I will be losing my insurance. I'm trying to find something different but it's taking a little longer than I expected. I have been without Methotrexate for a little bit now. Anyone have any advice on how to help with flare ups and pain? I take the usual Tylenol but it doesn't help much. I was told about Curamin. I haven't looked into it much but was told that it was great for RA. Just looking for some advice.
