I have RA, dx was 9 years ago. I've had 3 rheumatologist. One in each state I've lived in. Fl, PA and now NC. I asked for a prednisone rx from my newer dr in NC. All I got was push back and argued with me. No appt available for 2 weeks, but no help either. My family dr called in a 21 pill dose pack. Finally some relief. Do any of you get push back about prednisone? She's very unwilling to call it in. My old dr in PA would anytime I had a flare. For context, I have not asked her for one ever, she has been my doctor for about 14 months. Thanks in advance.
