Sjögren's syndrome with RA?

Before I was diagnosed with RA I had a persistent issue with dry eyes. I thought it was unrelated, but now I'm wondering. Could I have Sjögren's syndrome? I get very heavy build-up of rheum (eye gunk) at night. Any BTDTs?
