No Sleep

I’m so sick of not being able to sleep… For a year now I have been waking up at 3-4 AM because my hands are on fire… I’m on sulfasalazine and humira… Does it ever stop??? My hands are excruciating ever single morning.. Tossing and turning all night from my hands feeling like they are being crushed… My shoulders hurt like hell… Ofhwr than slamming my hand in a car door or putting it in some kind of Chinese torcher vise.. WHAT WORKS?????
