Lumped element bias tee simulation without ADS

Hi does anyone here know a good tool for simulating a lumped element bias tee other than ADS? I have access to OrCad and Ansys tools. The design is from 4-12GHz, so Iād really like to have some simulation to backup the selected part values. Thanks!
