We have no president. The man in the Oval Office was placed there through deception, subterfuge, and the machinations of a foreign power. He has ruled with corruption and nepotism, decrepit senility and petty tyranny. Caught in the act of repeating the sins that brought him to power, he rails and rants, crying crocodile tears and lashing out at those that have waited for their chance to strike at the despot though constitutional means.

But Trump cannot be impeached because Trump is not the president. His election was a farce, and his every act in office has proven himself not just unfit, but dangerously destructive to the office which he fraudulently occupies and the nation he claims to lead.

Democratic committees are in the process of using lawful means to rightfully remove him from the Presidency, but you cannot use lawful means to remove the man who ignores the law – as Trump has proven time and time again he is willing to do. His lapdogs in the Senate protect his blatant abuses of power, and the deluded masses that call him their champion applaud his every transgression. For the symptom that is Trump, and the sickness he represents, to be truly removed from this nation, then every bootlicking senator and representative supporting him must be removed from office. Their support for this fraud has disqualified them from office as well, and they are a stain on the nation. Every law, policy, and appointment made by this false administration needs to be nullified.

These aims are not negotiable. Trump’s removal, and the scrubbing of his belligerent stain, is not the end goal of any just movement in this country; it is the starting point. His fraudulent administration stands in the way of all that is admirable in the political discourse.

He refuses to accept the dire realities of climate change. This cannot be allowed.

He refuses to respect the human rights of refugees and migrants. This cannot be allowed.

He refuses to follow the laws and precedents of the nation he claims to lead. This cannot be allowed.

It is right to attempt to use lawful means to remove this senile tyrant, but it is a fool’s errand. Whether he is impeached, loses his re-election, or even serves out a second term, there is no way this despot will peacefully leave power. The Constitution cannot protect us from this; he has already shredded that document. There is no law or statute that give us the right to resist his tyranny. Those rights and those powers were granted to us by something even more sacred.

Our noble conscience extorts us to resist his petty despotism. The holy freedoms granted to us by our own wills will not be violated. Nobody gives us the power to hold him accountable for his many crimes, for that power is in our flesh, our arms, and our hearts.

The constitution will not shield us and the laws will not free us; it is up to us to make right this broken nation. It is only by the collective will of those eager to fight that we can cut out the insidious tumor of the Trumpistas and set right the course of history. The spirits of the past inspire us and the eyes of the future are watching us as we aim to, once again, form a more perfect union.
