My volume buttons on my R3+ suddenly stopped working? Any suggestions?

I can press Volume Up / down power to "mute calls" which works, so the physical buttons are being detected. But for general volume control it doesn't seem to do anything. Any ideas would be really appreciated?

You may of accidentally mapped a volume button or something when you don't need to. Check that , happened to me and they weren't working in game then I unmapped and magic fix
