I currently have a Retrotink 4k, NES, SNES, N64, GameCube (Gameboy Player, Carby, modded for GBI), GBA, and SP (looking into getting and modding a Color, so I can have a Gameboy where the GB and GBC carts don’t stick out lol).

I currently have almost every Zelda game in some fashion (don’t have every version of every game) and am looking to collect and play some other games. I’ve been considering the Castlevania games, Kirby, Super Mario World, Mana games, Final Fantasy (iffy, since I’m not usually big on turn based outside of Pokemon), Metroid, Dragon Quest, etc.

I’m not into sports games, wrestling, racing (aside from Mario Kart), etc. and I tend to stick to fantasy, which is why I’m considering the mana games. I love Zelda more than any other franchise, and I’ve heard Mana is one of the most similar experiences.

I’m also considering adding some fighting games to my collection, just to have some stuff I can play with others if I ever find a friend for a decent price (I’m permanently banned from eBay for unknown reasons, so I’ll have to find a deal on Facebook marketplace, Mercari, or a brick and mortar store).

I just don’t know where to start, and I’m assuming there are so many gems I have the consoles for but either haven’t played, haven’t considered, or never heard of! Now that I have the Tink 4k, I should be able to hop into this a little bit more, now that I’m not saving up for a big purchase.

Not important and on another note, but anybody have experience with customgamecases.com? Would love to have a uniform way to display these games and I don’t care enough to buy authentic cases. MIGHT buy manuals, but tbh I’m more likely to see if I can buy repro’s for those too, if they exist.
