I work for a jewelry store. When I check out customers I have to automatically type in the price and I hate that the computer and card machine are not connected 😠today I typed in the wrong price two times and it happened once last week as well. I don’t know that it happens until the end of the day and all the money is being counted. Luckily when it happened I undercharged and didn’t over charge, I would feel way worse about that, but still I just feel bad. This error could be fixed if they would just make it automated. I feel like I’m gonna get a lecture about it tomorrow and it really concerns me cause it happened twice in a day😠luckily it wasn’t a significant amount of money but still. I know the people who own the company and the manager is their family so it feels very personal whenever I mess up. I know they make a big profit and have a lot of money budgeted for things like this so in reality I know it’s not a huge deal but yeah I just don’t want my manager to get upset. She’s already micromanaging enough and I wouldn’t be surprised if this made it worse. Anyways rant over…can anyone else relate ðŸ˜
