I'm sure this has been covered a million times, but I'm new to reddit. Most annoying and constant phrases customers say that they think are clever?
Post Body

Mine:

1) are you open? (register) /you look like you need something to do/ (barcode doesn't scan) it must be free then! 2) I've been waiting here for 20 minutes to get help! (and it's normally like 2) 3) I need your "expert" on (name something oddly specific) 4) the price tag rung up as 500$ more than the spot I grabbed it from. 5) can you give me $off because the box is damaged? Sure, 5$ them: that's the best you can do. Me: (first of all, this isn't a flea market) second, also me: no you're just going to open the box and throw it out when you get home. 6) I want this tool chest in the box. Me: possibly, but these usually get unboxed and assembled within a couple of days. I don't recommend doing this anyway, because they're difficult to unload without handles and are very heavy. On top of that, they can sometimes be damaged in packaging and you have no way to inspect it. I then procede to tell them that if the want a boxed tool chest it could literally take 45 minutes from start to finish. They usually sigh and say "yeah, that's fine" and are then annoyed it took so long. I can't tell you how many have been returned despite my warnings due to inexplicable warnings. It's our fault, of course.
