I lost my keys and had a panic attack and overdosed on my medication and slept through my shift. I don't want to be personal and tell them about my mental health issues since they can fire me for any reason and could use this and me being out for two days as an excuse. This is what I sent in a text message. But I'm going to call and say what I wrote : Hi, this is Alexander Dix Washington.  I just found my keys . I was wondering if I can come in to work a night shift or stay later or on the weekends to make up for the time I missed.  I apologize for the inconvenience caused by this situation.  Hopefully this won't ruin anything.  Just let me know if any of this works.
