When I first got hired I was working maybe 18 hours a week which was perfect but it was because of the Christmas season. Then when that slowed down he told me that if I got permanently hired (I started as seasonal) I’d only be working 10-15 hours which was also fine because I was starting school again. Now... I work every single Saturday and a random day out of the week as well. It’s NEVER 10 hours it’s always 8 and if I can’t work Saturday it’s only 4 hours for that week. Last Saturday (March 30th) I went to look at the new schedule for the upcoming week and it wasn’t up yet. It’s usually up half way through the week Wednesdays/ Thursdays. I didn’t know if I worked Sunday so I texted my manager asking if he could send me the new schedule if it was up. He hasn’t responded.. and I honestly don’t see why I have to go all the way over there just to see if it’s up/ take a picture of it. I’m sick of it. What should I do?
