Out of curiosity, for those that have to work with a nametag on, do you find it weird when customers call you by your name?
Post Body
Most of the time I just refer to the employees as sir, ma'am, or 'hey'. It can be a bit rude, but I don't like using their name because I feel like I don't know them well enough to be using their first name.
It's very likely that this is just an example of my bad social skills, but I thought I'd ask others to be sure.
