I am looking for a role in Pharma/Biotech like AZ, Novartis, Grifols in product development or team lead (3-5 engineers/scientists). Sofar 0 callbacks 0 interviews

My main problem I think is my education is a bit un orthodox, I am thinking of changing my BSc to Physics as it's pretty much equivalent here.

Also I think I struggle to make interviewers understand my current position.
