AI screener recognized degree in progress, not degree attained. How to fix?

I recently got some feedback from an hiring manager that my resume was screened out because the filters thought I do not have a degree.
I actually have a bachelors degree from 10 years ago. I am presently enrolled in another bachelors degree program. Both are listed on my resume, with the degree in progress on top.
Is it as simple as moving the attained degree to the top? Any other thoughts on how to prevent this?
