Post Body

I wanted to ask on your guys opinion on how bad the gaps are on my resume. Especially now where im currently unemployed.

What on my Resume

Mfg company - High volume skilled trade Recruiter July 2023 - Feb 2024

MFG company - High volume skilled trade Recruiter Jan 2022 - May 2023

Graduated from University in BBA in HR Dec 2017

What's not on my listed on my resume that I also have worked

Workforce development company - Account Manager Aug 2020 - Dec 2020

Education Firm - Corporate recruiting Coordinator Aug 2019 - Nov 2019

Security company - High volume secruity retail recruiter Dec 2018 - May 2019

I didn't put the last three companies due to the short tenure i have , and i though it wasn't good look to put on my resume. So i figured if the employers was curious of what i did in college . I would let him them know know what companies I worked for.

I mostly had high volume recruity with very little corporate recruiting expierience. Being stuck near a metropolitan area lhere's not many mfg companies where i reside. Thus making it difficult when i apply for jobs within my field cause some companies want relevant industry expierience.

TBH I did reject three job opportunities that payed lowere than i was recieving. , and had it's challenges and inssues. At this point i coming to grips that i might have to take some jobs that I might not like such as staffing or recruiters that have take HR generalist acitivites. ( For companies that combine HR & TA together).

What would guys recommend I should expierience should or should i not put on my resume. Also, based on the expierience I have would you have an idea of another industry that i could break into without expierience. If you have an idea of would be best for me please let me know in the comment section. I would appreciate all the feedback I can get!

My unemployment is running out in a month and i need a job but I also don't want to make myslef miserable and take job that driven by KPI's and super fast pace constant cold calling nonstop.

Let me know if I should provide anymore information.
