Applying for a remote position with no relevant experience. Should I list references anyway?

Post Body
I’m applying for a position with an online teaching company. I think it’s for a lesson planner, not teaching position.
Anyway, I didn’t see any requirements as far as previous teaching experience needed or anything like that
Should I list reference names, emails, and phone numbers even if it’s for a job that has nothing to do with teaching?
