Im trying to find a position that uses python but I have no working experience in the language. I always read the qualifications to make sure I match up. Most of the positions I apply for are Jr dev. No interviews as of yet.

The first resume(First pic) is my attempt at making it fit on all one page. I sent my original resume to TopResume. I was so disappointed in the results that I just took what I wanted from top’s resume and put it in this one. No interviews as of yet since i started using it last summer.

The Second resume(Second and third pic) is my original; written in my own words but it was 2 pages long. That resume a least got me one interview but I don’t think it makes it past the HR software consistently.

Is the first resume good enough? Was my original better?

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
