On my CV, I have a list of my work experiences in date order from most recent to oldest. I recently rejoined my previous company in the same role as previously but I'm now sure what's the best way to present this. It's similar to the format below but with more responsibilities. However the responsibility3s are all very similar to responsibility1s, apart from 1-2 additional ones.
