Changing name in CV?

I read a post on this sub that changing your name to something more anglosaxon worked (sad world). But i have to play the game i guess. I have a fairly easy to pronounce asian name (Khai) last name is Tran (like Jackie Chang but different spelling) do i need to alter my name in some way to make it work? Im based in the U.K.
