Items; 4x silicone sleeves, 1x 1 1/2" 8oz stainless steel ball bearing, and 1x small silicone cock ring.

I start by inserting the ball bearing into the foreskin, I used a ball bearing 1/2" less then my max penis diameter when erect, so that I have room for skin thickness. Then I place the first silicone sleeve over the skin and ball bearing, with the opening off set, then push pressure distally to lock the ball against the silicone sleeve

Place next silicone sleeves, start by placing edge about an inch to 1/2 inch from where your first sleeve ins proximal to the body

Next place the cock ring between the head of the penis and the ball bearing. This keeps the ball bearing from disappearing into the foreskin and causing the whole rig to come apart.

After it's time to secure everything with the last two silicone sleeves, place the first one over top of the very first silicone sleeve, start right up next to the cock ring the way it down forward offsetting the opening from the other side of the first sleeve. So that the first sleeve is on one side in the sleeve you just laid is on the other this closes the entire opening keeping the ball bearing secure

And for the final sleeve start just behind the silicone sleeve closest to the body laying it down on the skin moving it forward to overlap the cock ring and the last sleeve you laid.

The last is just a tight nylon cloth just used to keep the rig catching against my pants, it allows everything to swing freely
