I run a gas station. We have two double barrel Taylor soft serve ice cream machines. We use pre-made vanilla ice cream mix from our grocery company and add various flavorings to it. We also buy chocolate ice cream mix. Common rotating flavors are banana (real bananas), orange creamsicle and other fruity options with kool-aid and cookies and cream. We’ve done cappuccino flavor with powder and pumpkin spice with canned pumpkin.
Any clever ideas for new flavors with easy additions. Chunks are bad for the machine, so it has to be something that blends very small. Needs to be something that doesn’t change the mix consistency too much and is fairly cheap. (We’re pretty low end).
Thanks.
